Once you own land, the next step is to customize it. This update adds estate customization features that let you place fences, change the ground, and build a house. You can also place storage chests in your house to hold items that no longer fit in your inventory.

Below is an estate with fences around the yard, stone paving, and a house.

Defining Spaces with Fences

Place fences on your estate to mark out a yard. You can surround your house or divide up spaces to shape your land. In the screenshot, wooden fences separate the yard from the grass outside.

Changing the Ground

You can also change the ground on your estate. Lay stone paving in front of your house to give the yard a different look from the surrounding grass.

Building a House on Your Estate

You can now build a house on your estate. There are five house types to choose from, so you can pick the one you like.

Placing Storage Chests at Home

Place storage chests in your house to store items. If your inventory is full of things collected during your adventures, leave items you do not need right away at home to free up space in your bag.
